Cosmetic Skin Conditions is a comprehensive online course for aesthetic practitioners covering the most common presentations encountered in cosmetic practice. Rather than listing every possible option, the course highlights the treatment of choice where appropriate—based on collective experience from practicing cosmetic physicians—so you can make clear, confident management decisions.

Designed for doctors and nurses new to cosmetic dermatology (not specialist dermatologists), the program builds on core knowledge from Fundamentals of Skin Science and Introduction to Skin Lesion Identification and Dermatoscopy. Together, these courses form the foundation before progressing to Laser/IPL, PRP, Radio Frequency and Skin Therapy within the ASI skin pathway.

Learning outcomes

Understand the skin ageing process and key cosmetic dermatology principles
Conduct structured aesthetic consultations and clinical documentation

Apply practical diagnosis and first-line management for commonly encountered concerns
Appreciate when specific equipment (e.g., lasers) is required in cosmetic dermatology
